Unless otherwise specified, Jay Robotix warrants our products to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for a period of 1 month from the date of purchase. This warranty covers normal use within the limits specified as stated in the applicable data sheets. This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, incorrect wiring, alterations, connector damage, or robot competition damage. This Disclaimer of Warranty is also not applicable for the products/components which are not manufactured by Jay Robotix. For such products the warranty terms are as applicable by the original manufacturer.

a) Usage in critical applications

UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED; Products sold by Jay Robotix are not authorized for use in life safety, life support, life sustaining, surgical, human implant, nuclear, military, or aircraft applications or for any use or application in which the failure of a single component could cause substantial harm to persons or property, unless an authorized officer of the manufacturer has signed an agreement specifically governing such use. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY THE JAY ROBOTIX PARTIES AND THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCTS FOR ALL DAMAGES THAT MAY BE INCURRED DUE TO USE OF PRODUCTS IN THESE APPLICATIONS.

b) Technical Assistance and Design Support Services.

Jay Robotix offers its Technical Assistance and Design Support Services solely as a convenience to Jay Robotix customers. Jay Robotix Technical Assistance and Design Support Services personnel strive to provide useful information regarding the Products. Jay Robotix does not guarantee that any information or recommendation provided is accurate, complete, or correct, and Jay Robotix shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever in connection with any information or recommendation provided, or your reliance on such information or recommendation. You are solely responsible for analyzing and determining the appropriateness of any information or recommendation provided by Jay Robotix Technical Assistance and Design Support Services Personnel, and any reliance on such information or recommendation is at your sole risk and discretion.

c) Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies.

The Content may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Jay Robotix therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update the Content at any time without prior notice. e) Product look and feel

Jay Robotix attempts to display as accurately as possible the look & feel of the products shown on the Site. However because the colors you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, Jay Robotix cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color.

f) Infringement Disclaimer.

The Products may be subject to patent, trademark, copyright, design and other rights of third parties. Jay Robotix shall in no event whatsoever is responsible or liable in the event of any claim of infringement of any such rights. If an order includes software or other intellectual property, such software or other intellectual property is provided by Jay Robotix to you subject to the copyright and user license, the terms and conditions of which are set forth in the license agreement accompanying such software or other intellectual property. Nothing herein shall be construed to grant any rights or license to use any software or other intellectual property in any manner or for any purpose not expressly permitted by such license agreement.

Any cause of action against any of the Jay Robotix Parties with respect to Products or services must be instituted within one (1) year from the date of purchase or provision of the applicable Products or services.

Jay Robotix does not claim ownership of the materials you (user) provide to Jay Robotix (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any Jay Robotix Web Site or its associated services (collectively "Submissions"). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you are granting Jay Robotix, its affiliated companies and necessary sublicenses permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission.

Expect reward points, no compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. However you can en-cash reward points when you have reached 1000 points or more. Jay Robotix is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and may remove any Submission at any time in Jay Robotix's sole discretion.

Jay Robotix is not legally responsible for any of the user supplied information. All orders placed with Jay Robotix are subject to the terms of this Agreement, including the following Conditions of Order.

1. Order Validation and Acceptance.

When you place an order, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address, before processing your order. Your placement of an order with Jay Robotix is an offer to purchase our Products. Jay Robotix may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the Product, or may, for any reason; decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by Jay Robotix until the Product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or other contact information you have provided with your order. Delivery dates provided in connection with any order are estimates only and do not represent fixed or guaranteed delivery dates.

2. Quantity Limitations.

Jay Robotix may limit or cancel quantities available for purchase on any order on any basis, and to alter the availability or duration of any special offers at any time. Jay Robotix may reject any order, or any part of an order.

3. Electronic Communication.

When you place an order via the Site, you are required to provide a valid email address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that Jay Robotix will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid email address.

4. Pricing and Product Information.

Jay Robotix makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to the Products and prices, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to Products is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to Jay Robotix's acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a Product that affects your outstanding order with Jay Robotix, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, Jay Robotix will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. All prices are in INR rupees.

5. Payment Option:

* We accept Visa, Master & Diners Card along with Net banking of Axis Bank, Citi Bank, HDFC bank and J&K Bank. We also accept payments through Itz Card and wide of range of debit cards.
* Checks are accepted only with mail-in-orders. (For international customers we cannot accept personal checks).

OUR PAYMENT GATEWAY IS POWERED BY WWW.EBS.IN, AND ALL THE PRIVACY POLICIES AND TERMS & CONDITIONS WHICH HOLD FOR EBS PAYMENT PROCESSING WILL BE HOLD FOR ALL OUR CLIENTS.

Except as otherwise provided on the Site,
(1) Shipping or freight charges will be paid by the customer.
(2) We ship products via GATI and in most cases, orders received before 3:00 PM IST for in stock products will be shipped the same day.
Shipments of excessive weight or size may require additional charges. Jay Robotix will notify you prior to shipment if these conditions exist.
For International Shipments: Availability of ship methods is dependent on the destination country. Except as otherwise provided on the Site, (1) the shipping costs will be prepaid and added to your order, and (2) all duties, tariffs, taxes and brokerage fees will be your responsibility. 7. Handling Charge. There is no minimum order or handling fee.
Shipping Errors
Claims for shipping shortages, errors, or defective materials must be in writing and received by Jay Robotix Pvt. Ltd. within ten (10) days after receipt of shipment by buyer. Failure to make such claim within the stated period shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods and an admission that the goods fully comply with all the terms and conditions of the buyer's order.

Except as otherwise provided on the Site, prices shown do not include any state or local taxes, or any other taxes or charges imposed by any government authority, including, without limitation, sales, use, excise, value-added or similar taxes. Where applicable, such taxes and charges shall be billed as a separate item and paid by you. Orders are accepted with the understanding that such taxes and charges shall be added, as required by law.

If product you order is out of stock at time of order placement, you may elect to have it shipped on a subsequent shipment. Except as otherwise provided on the Site, additional shipping charges will apply to each shipment.

If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit, it is important to keep the shipping carton, packing material and parts intact. Please contact a Jay Robotix Customer Service representative immediately to initiate a claim.

* There are no returns for electronic/robotic items. For return of any other spare parts purchased from Jay Robotix, the freight charges will be paid by customer and also the reference purchase number has to be provided along with the returned part, so as to enable us to credit the amount back to customer.
* To the extent that Jay Robotix purchases a Product from a manufacturer specifically for you, such Products may be Non-Cancel able/Non-Returnable.

Jay Robotix reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Jay Robotix Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Jay Robotix Web Site.
